What does the quote include?
Your quote includes the cost of supplying the quartz material, fabrication (cutting and finishing), and installation. It will also outline any agreed details such as cut-outs for sinks or hobs, edge profiles, and finishing touches.
Do you supply, fabricate, and install the worktops?
Yes, we provide a complete service. This includes supplying the quartz, professionally fabricating it to your specifications, and installing it to the highest standard.
How soon after paying a deposit can I book a template visit?
Once your deposit is paid, we can usually arrange your template visit within 2-5 working days, depending on availability.
What needs to be in place before the template visit can take place?
All base units must be fully installed, level, and securely fixed in place. Any appliances such as sinks or hobs should be on site, and final decisions on layout must be confirmed.
How long does it take from templating to installation?
Installation typically takes place within 5–10 working days after the template has been completed, depending on the project size and material availability.
Do you offer a warranty on installation?
Yes, all our installations come with a 5-year warranty, giving you peace of mind that your worktops are fitted to a high standard and built to last.
