FAQs
When should I order my worktop?
Will I get help choosing the right worktop?
How much do worktops typically cost?
The cost of a worktop can vary depending on a few key factors, including the material you choose, the size of your kitchen, and any additional details such as cut-outs, edge profiles, or splashbacks.
We’re happy to work with a range of budgets and can guide you towards options that suit both your design and price expectations. The best way to get started is to request a free quote, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you already have a budget in mind, feel free to share it with us — we’ll help you make the most of it.
Can I get multiple quotes for different colours or styles?
Yes, of course. We encourage you to explore different options.
You can request quotes for multiple colours or finishes, making it easy to compare and decide what works best for your space. If you need any guidance, our team is always on hand to help you narrow down your choices.
Do you supply sinks as well?
Yes, we offer a range of sinks, including options from our Lumen collection.
If you choose to purchase a sink from us, it will be delivered at the time of templating. Installation of the sink should be carried out by your plumber or builder.
When is my kitchen ready for templating?
Your kitchen needs to be fully prepared before templating can take place. This means all base units must be installed, fixed in position, and level.
Any appliances that affect the worktop, such as hobs or sinks, should also be on site so we can ensure everything is measured accurately. Template and Installation guidelines will be sent to you prior to the template and you must ensure your newly installed kitchen is ready for the worktop survey.
If you’re unsure, your project manager will guide you and let you know exactly when you’re ready.
When will I receive confirmation for my templating or installation appointment?
Once your appointment is booked, we will confirm the date with you by email. We’ll contact you the day before, either by phone or email, to confirm the time window for our team’s arrival.
Can I make changes after templating?
After templating, you have a short window of up to 24 hours to request any final additions. During your templating appointment, you can also choose to include additional features such as:
- Upstands and splashbacks
- Sink and hob cut-outs
- Drainage grooves
- Window sills
- Pop-up sockets
- Custom edge details
Your quote will be updated accordingly and will be confirmed with you. Once your worktops move into fabrication, no further changes can be made, as everything is produced to your exact measurements.
How long does installation take?
For an average sized kitchen, installation typically takes around 2 to 3 hours. Our team works efficiently while ensuring everything is fitted perfectly.
How long does the whole process take?
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, all our worktops come with a lifetime warranty, giving you long-term peace of mind.
Can I rearrange my templating or installation appointment?
Yes, if you need to make changes, simply get in touch with our team and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Appointments can be rearranged free of charge if requested more than 48 hours in advance. If you need to rearrange with less than 48 hours’ notice, a small fee may apply.
Can I cancel my order?
What is the composition of your quartz worktops?
Quartz worktops are engineered using a blend of natural quartz and high-performance resins. Most high-quality surfaces contain between 90% and 95% quartz.
Our quartz surfaces are made using an optimal balance of approximately 93% natural quartz, combined with resins and pigments to achieve both durability and a refined finish.
